Benefits:
-allows to change the gear (speed) of transer gear box without stopping the car
-makes gear chinging easier to higher or lower gears while driving and when stopped
-prevents wheel blocking and stopping when overcoming high slippery hills or with heavy trailers

The kit includes:
Countershaft - 1
Lower f83 gear with syncroniser spring and stop-ring - 1
Higher f103 gear with syncroniser spring and stop-ring - 1
Shift sleeve - 1
Shifter fork - 1
Bolt and bolt with washer/Spring washer - 1

We do not recommend to change gear to lower one if the speed is higher than 40 km/h.
When you change the gear of the transfer gear box to higher or lower gear always push clutch pedal and then choose neutral gear. This would allow all the mechanisms to work longer.
